Credit Card
A pre-authorization of our credit card up to 3 days before check-in, for verification and in the amount of the first night.
The pre-authorization will be canceled on the day of the Checkout.
For stays longer than 5 nights, the credit card will be pre-authorized immediately.

Credit and debit cards accept: Visa, Multibanco, Visa Eletron and Mastercard, but at the time of payment the guest must present a credit card, in the physical version, and in which he is the holder.

CANCELLATION
No fee will be charged if the Hotel received the cancellation until two days (48h) before your scheduled arrival date.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show the first night will be charged.

BREAKFAST
Not Included and has an additional price of €8,50 per day per person.
Due the pandemic we inform that the restaurant is closed and :
a) the Breakfast could be served only in the room from 9:15 am.
b) the Hotel propose a daily alternative for the same price, of breakfast box/bag, which will be delivered daily for consumption wherever and whenever you wish.

CLEANING
Returned to the measures of the contingency plan in force at the Hotel, we inform that the cleaning of the rooms will be done only on : Mondays, Wednesday and Saturdays.

Parking - The hotel does not reserve parking space

CONSTRUCTIONS
There are some constructions works in the building next to the Hotel (not in Hotel Alif Avenidas).
There will be noise between 09am and 06pm from Monday to Friday
